Nav serial code

I just installed my Intravee II, DICE analog converter, Alpine KCA-420i and Ipod nano 3 gen 8GB, I am using it now but cannot fully used all the control knobs in my head unit. I am currently communicating with Richard P of intravention.uk.com and he is asking for the serial code in my NAV Computer. In my x5 menu, I don't have the serial no., this is the one needed by Richard P. Is this means, I don't have NAV computer and it means I cannot maximize the use of my Intravee just like using directly to my Ipod? Anyone encountered same? Need your feedback! Thanks!
