I too love the 87's. But the 214's on my E53 are also sweet!!!

As to the difference between 19 and 20, my opinion is that it is not the size as much as the tire that matters. I had a set of 19" rims with the Michelin Diamaris and I hated the way that it handled and rode. With my 20" rims and Dunlop Sport Maxx tires the ride and handling is great. So for me the difference was in the tires.
