Can anyone tell me the part name of the cover to where the hitch receiver normally is? I need replace mine but I can't find it online for the life of me.

When I checked last week the cap was still unavailable due to the hitch company problem. Hope you can find a dealer who still has some on their shelves. Buy at least two if you find them. For the plastic cover... should be able to get it anywhere. Good luck.

if you get a hitch, the cover plate is not necessary as the receiver will extend through the opening.

Or you can do as I did, and cut the cover, so that it fits around the receiver.
