3.o intake removal?

does anyone have a link or some info that can give me some details,torque ratings etc..on the R&R of the intake on my 3.0. I have to replace the ccv and hoses this weekend. before you ask, yes i am capable of the job-no i don't have a service manual and i don't really wanna drop 90 bucks on one for a vehicle that i'll probably not have in a year. thanks
