gotta have patience with people, both newbies and veterans of the forum. i often find myself wondering what to search for when searching for something about something. ??? i think that's what i meant.
people are often so unsure of themselves that they don't even know where to start, i sometimes bust stones but also offer some valid info on the post to get the ball rolling on their project or whatever info they are looking for. it's hard to resist the temptation of typing a smart alex comment or two, or three. epically when you feel the original poster didn't do any leg work to find the info him/herself.
i know i'm being redundant here, but i just wanted to get it out there that i will help in keeping this forum the greatest weath of friendly information on our beloved bimmers.

I just want to say, that as a fairly new member, I have felt welcome to X5World. I always try to use the search feature, but that comes from previously being a member of a different car forum and seeing people "blasted" for asking any type of question.

I always try to help out and answer a post if I can, but a friendly reminder to use the search tool doesn't hurt either.

For the questions that I have had, I have received some friendly replies and answers, several coming through PM's.

Anyways, I just want to express my gratitude for making this site available to all of us, and also to all of the members who have helped me out with questions that I have had.

- A happy X5World member

Michelle, I think this may have been posted before. Did you do a search before re-posting?
