Spend a few hours going over your entire car yourself. Inside, outside, underneath and on top. Turn everything on. Look at all the lights, indicators, etc. Take it for a test drive. Write everything down and get it fixed. If something doesn't get properly repaired, at least it will be a documented problem under warranty.

I have done this, and came up with very little to have them fix - which is not necessarily a bad thing. I started the thread looking for common issues at this mileage point that I may have missed. It is CPO, so that will be around to protect me in the future.
In addition to the belt squeal and window shades, here is what I am planning to add to the list for the dealer:
- rotors and pads
- brake fluid
- trans fluid
- control arms
- CV boots

They may not need to do any actual work on any of the above, but it won't hurt for them to take a look.

I came very close to breaking my sunroof over the weekend by straping surfboards to the roof and putting a decent amount of pressure directly on the glass. My front rack crossbar (homemade) failed, so I basically had to strap three boards directly on the glass for the trip home. I was very relieved that everything worked properly after I got the boards off.
