I looked at those too. I think they are a bit overpriced. For replicas, you can get them from the seller I purchased mine from on ebay for $625. Those tires are probably the cheapest you can buy, I wouldn't pay over $850 for a set. Search this seller: toomucheffort find her listings and call her. Tell her what you are looking for, they also include the hub rings in the deal.

there are 2 type polycarbon or aluminun alloy. BMW Hub Centric Rings (74.1-72.56) . which one did you get and recommend?
Mine are OEM, which are a staggard setup. They fit and ride fine.

I have both the polycarbon and aluminum rings. Last year I used the poly ones and they worked fine. I was thinking of giving the aluminum ones a try this summer. Having never used the aluminum ones, I can't really recommend one over the other.

I'm using aluminum rings, I'll keep you posted. FYI make sure they steel brush any rust before putting the rings on.

Ok I just realized my replicas are also 74.1 hub and I mounted them without the hub ring, maybe that's why I feel some vibration at high speed? Anyway can someone tell me wich one to buy and from whom?

I suggested these? lol when?

Great wheels - but you can definitely get it cheaper if you can get a set of tires for cheaper. I'd buy from Euro teck 20" with 11" rear 10" front and the tires suggested above.

apologize if i mislead.. LOL.

So here's my .02 on the ebay sale NOW. You can find a similar deal for the same price. What some of the people need to understand about the auction is that it isn't just rep wheels, it is also tires. So 1799 free shipping (saving $200+) is not a bad deal. The problem is the size of the rear tires - I agree with that.

10" front and 11" rear didn't mess with my ride when i had mine. I had vredestein tires. Loved them. Loved the look, got tons of compliments on the setup and the tires.

I also like the fact that they also fit the e70 - bcause if you need to sell them - you can sell to e53 OR e70 driver. So you market isn't limited. Instead of just being able to sell to e53 drivers with 72.56 bore size. I didn't feel anything different with my hub rings.. no reduction in ride comfort.

So - if you can get 20" 214s with 10" front and 11" rear (quality ones like from EuroTech or IMO EuroWheels or WAC) for $600-$700+ship price range - new tires will run you $700-$900+ship (vredesteins on ebay now are 839 cheapest i've seen - i bought for 799 when i got mine and added 10% ebay coupon LOL).

SO if you add all that up - that price of 1799 isn't bad IF the tires were the right size, and also good tires. Be aware you should get some winter tires too or buy some 20" all season tires. LOL. If you have winters of course. Vredesteins worked great in rain for me.

So more like $1 than .02 - but i personally think the info is valuable in your research.

Also keep in mind you might find a GREAT deal for $1500 OEM tires and wheels on ebay. so if you don't mind waiting and maybe losing a few.. you can hold out for that.
