2005 x5 4.4 green liquid leak

I am going nowhere with this problem. I took it to the dealer after i first noticed it on the garage floor. they replaced the valve cover gasket. brought it home...leak continued. took it to dealer again, this is time they said, it was the transmission pan gasket issue which they replaced. I put a cardboard under it . this morning i noticed a green liquid on the cardboard. The leak seemed more than usual. I guess this is coolant.

Is this a coolant leak? How can they miss this one?
Do you guys think they have been just ignoring the real issue and fleecing BMWNA since my x5 is still under warranty.
