When I was shopping for an extended warranty my BMW dealer said that the easiest to deal with was Warranty Direct. Most of the third party warranty's you purchase require you to pay the bill, then you have to wait up to 30-60 days to get the refund. With Warranty Direct they pay the bill for you over the phone using a credit card, so it is all handled by them. My only other advice would be to run everything being repaired by the warranty company first, by part #, to make sure they will cover it!!!

extended the Maintenance and left with only the CPo till 100k should be good with just the two coverages... I paid $1795 for my extended maintenance warranty about 3 days ago

I hope you were in the extended enrollment period, otherwise you overpaid.
