Strong vibration - while driving

When I was driving on hwy, all of a sudden I got a strong vibration that I thought the car was falling apart. When I took it to the dealer they checked it and found that the control arms and the strut bushing needed to be replaced. I had to clanking noise or any problem with the bushing before. Even the dealer was saying a few month before the front is strong and tight. But because the vibrations they said that I need to replace these things. I did the job myself and I found nothing wrong with the bushing or control arms but since I had already bought the parts I replaced them. I took the car for a spin and it was running ok for a few days and today going to work I got the vibration back. I kept driving for a few more km and got a burning smell, the brake on the left wheel was doing this.

I had the same symptom before the "fix (control arms and bushing) the vibration was on and off. I could drive for a day with no problem for example. When I stopped the car for a few minutes the problem went away for a while. The same it happened today. I stopped and let it cool a bit because the rotor was burning and I could go home after that with no vibration. The vibration came back just 1-2 KM before to get home. When I got home I put the hose on the wheel to cool it of. I just want to mention that the car works perfectly fine when it goes away, so no vibration when I brake or drive.
Now, what do you think it is the problem? a abs problem or the brake cylinder, or ...?
ANY tips will be really appreciated. Thanks!
