self leveling bypass

My self leveling has stopped working. i jumped the wires to the pump, and it worked for a second, then nothing. ive check the fuses and changed the relay, and still nothing.
The car is sitting ok as it is, and plan to put springs in, but how can i bypass the warning on the dash?

Would disconnecting the battery reset it?

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
You need to get the EHC coded out of the vehicle order and you will need SSS to do so if I recall correctly, you can't just bypass the module with a resistor to defeat the warning.

this I am assuming is what you'd want to do after converting to springs.

I suppose I just wanted a quick fix. I saw the bypass with resister on a 5 series, and hoped I could do the same.
