HELP!!!! 2000 740 M62 engine & 2000 X5 M62 engine difference

installing a 2000 740 engine on a 2000 x5 4.4 ..

the bottom part of the 2000 x5 m62 engine has a part attached to the oil pan for front axles of the x5.... the 2000 740 m62 engine does not have it because its not 4x4///

the x5 engines is bad and the 740 engine is good... so the plan is to put the 740 engine on the x5...

so heres my question can i take all the part of the bad x5 engine and put it in the good 740 engine? (so in other words- can i drop the oil pan with all attched parts and will it fit on the 740?)
