the more i think about it the madder i get...this x thing is becoming a real pain in the a**.....now this knocking noise from the engine on cold start up...it never did it before and now it appears...i have a service appointment on wed. i will drop off the x on tues. so when they start it wed. morning they can hear noise...whats next qm...it is getting harder and harder to like this vehicle...i dont want to hear it is normal because it never made this noise before....thanks rob

i have a 2005 x5 4.4 with sport/prem packages with 18k miles and i am bringing it to Hassel BMW, freeport ny

find a good Indie in the metro NY area, imo.
