My new (To Me) 2004 X5 Sport/Premium

Just got this, i LOVE it, absolutely loaded to the brim with options.
Only have a couple questions and problems.
1. Folding mirrors will fold, and open back up right away.
2. The drivers door closes fine, but makes a loud noise even if i close it gently, usually happens on a hill or ramp area.
If any one can help me out with those two problems, any help will be appreciated..

2005 BMW X5 4.4i. Olivine Green, all the bells and whistles like navi and DSP.

SORRY FOR THE SIZE OF THE PICTURES I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET THEM SMALLER.
