Ok well had almost the same thing. I went with a CPO. Saw one I loved and dealer could not CPO it carfax was clean but I wanted it
CPOed for the .9% financing. ASK for the SERVICE records I will bet a service was missed or was well past the reccomended service schedule. That is what was wrong with the one I wanted. The dealer was going to give me the warranty but would not CPO it so I asked to speak to the "pre owned director"
he was a good guy told mr that if a BMW has missed a scheduled service it can not be a cpo.
