Angel Eye Question

Im sure this has been addressed before so i apologize in advance if it has:

Now my current set up just wont cut it. I like my angel eyes super bright guys.

My question is do I have to change the entire headlight assembly (really dont want to) to achieve this. I bought from Umnitzma before and there headlights suck you know what. They kept fogging after every car wash. Anyways is there anything I can so with my current set up

I have a 2004 X5. Self levelling system with HID in the headlights 4300K but Im upgradng the HID's to 8000K and the fogs to the same as well.

The angel eyes came with the stock headlights so they are the dull yellow ones. Unacceptable !!!
