lol, you guys are crazy, you need a new wheel bearing, spindle and dust plate to correct this. seen tons of these go out

If it's the wheel bearing, you can test it fairly easily too. Go to an empty lot and do figure 8's. If the is whining sound and they change depending on where the car is on the figure 8, wheel bearing.

I had that issue, ended up getting a new lower control arm and cv boot
