Only way out right now is to remove bumper?
if you pop out the foglight trim there is room on the sides of the foglight housing.
Make sure capacitors resolve the issue before you go through all this work!

so capacitors in parallel to the 12 volt HID wiring did the trick? Also how big were the capacitors?

capacitors a bit fat :-) not as slim as HID ballast.

So here is what i did. I tied up with wiring ties HID ballast + igniter + capacitor in 1 big brick looking square. Then i tied that brick to the metal part in the bumper with 4-5 ties and it is all great now. It is not moving there at all,as long as you tie up good and firmly.

I don't know what is going on. Worked great for 2 days with capacitors, today in a morning gave "check front fog lamps" even fogs worked fine with no flickering. WHy? :-(

sobi6111 - i experienced this with my HID lowbeam. I don't need to buy a pair of capacitors that mtx5 adviced you to do. All i need to do:
1. don't turn on your fog lights right after you turn the engine on but turn them on after you turn engine on at least 15 seconds. Why?
When you turn the engine only, your truck electrical power and supply, running thru and distributed to all systems [radio, dash board, lights etc] and as well as your truck hid ballasts [at this point ballasts receive (input) all electric source before they giving power out the HID bulbs. Giving your truck sometimes to operate all full electrical power supply and your fogs hid bulbs are not an exception.

I used to experience this with my pathfinder window regulator motor (power window down right after turn on engine. As a result, window motor broke)

Dont waste money to buy more stuffs and making your truck heavier without thinking the logical of electric flow.

After reading that post like three times and fixing all the spelling and punctuation errors in my head, it seems to be a concensus that I suggested to Sobi...it's the electrical system sending messages all around the car saying "are you there?". His ballast are mounted very securely and we even cleaned the connections and put on some dielectric grease.
