Don't mean to threadjack

It looks like there are shots of the bodykit being painted at smallcars.

What happened to them? They seem to have vanished from the face of the earth, website gone, no forwarding addy, phones everything like overnight they were erased.

Did they move?

I ran one winter on 18" Pirelli snows with great success... However, I have also now run the past two Chicago winters on 20's with all-season Goodyear Eagle RSA's... I couldn't be happier with the winter performance. With that said, the dedicated snow tires made the X5 unstoppable in the snow... the Eagles are VERY good... just not as "invincible" as dedicated snows.

I too made the mistake of trying to run 19" sports in the snow... what a sled to keep stright or stop! I can assure you that the Eagle RSA's are a completely different beast! You can control them very well.

Don't be afraid of the naysayers.

Cheers,
Jeff

Hey Griza let me know how it goes I definitely want to do the same, but I just bought the QX56 I was telling you about, so I'm gonna have to wait at least another month before I do it. Hey did you ever get the camera done?

UCrew- I lurk almost daily, I just haven't had anything useful to post in awhile
In those pics you can see the stock 20"s that now have snows on them. You can also see the 18" wintersetup that will most likely be for sale if anyone needs them.

Fulanito- It was nice meeting you also, How is the beast? Yes, I did get the camera done, it works great. I heard yours was done as well. Gotta love all of this stuff, now I have to get my sirius working. Take care.

True, but still 20's. Where in Westchester are you? I was in Port Washington at the time, drove up to larchmont on sunday mornings to play football with my over the hill buddies

The incident that spooked the hell out of me happened in only a couple of inches of wet slushy snow, I was glad to see that BMW put 18's on the '04 sport package so that I wouldn't have to get another set of tires/wheels.

Good luck with the Pirelli's, it will be interesting to see how they perform; I hope they work well for you.
