A/C Issues

I have a couple of issues with the A/C:

1) I have the non-automatic (turn knobs) A/C controls on my X5. When turning on the A/C fan, no matter what speed it is on (except for Max) it appears that the fan is changing speeds (faster, slower, faster, slower) it can't decide what speed... very weird...

2) The rear passanger A/C vents are not blowing cold air...

Any ideas on any of these 2 issues? Have you had them? any ideas on fixes or cost?

Thank you so much for your input!

Sounds like the FSR, do a search on this forum and you will find several posts on it. It is another part that falls into the category of "prone to failure."
