Comfort seat retrofit problem

hum... will this work for face lifted > 2004 E53? the link says it will fit up to 2003 E53..... $1200 is not that bad assuming I might be able to sell my sport seat (in good condition) for $600 to $800?

Thx for the link -- I actually did see those -- but if you look carefully the passenger seat has what looks to be a deep permanent divot/puncture mark on the lower bolster as well as permanent creases on the lower central part of the seat from a car seat plastic base.

My wife did that to one of the back seats on my car four years ago and the crease has never come out. If I had to look at that every day it would absolutely drive me crazy. I'm going to keep my eyes out for another set, maybe they'll even be a little less $$ next time.
