Clunk is steering and driver's front wheel! Needs everyone's help !!!Maybe u had same

I've noticed this lately:

If you are parked and you move the steering wheel to the left and then move it back to the right it makes a clunking noise. It does not happen if you go right and the turn left.

I can only hear it when I'm parked or at low speeds. And you can feel it on the steering wheel(like it right next to you sound,not from outside)

Any ideas?

The other thing I forgot to mention is when I come out of my driveway (there is a little lip between my driveway and the road) the front driver's side tire make a clunk as well when it comes down from the lip to the road, it's probably like a 2" lip.

Is both things corelated?

So what is cause?
