02 X5 cant get rear door panel off need help

My right rear window stopped working yesterday while in the down position. I hear the motor working but maybe my cable is broken or a plastric piece. I wont know till I get inside the door to look. I've been able to remove the trim panel, the 3 torx screws, the lower door light, the cable that connects to the door handle, the window switch and all the side and bottom plastic plugs holding the door cover on. My manual says there should be another screw located under the door handle and only visible when the cable to the handle has been removed(maybe thats just on the front door). I dont see another screw. I'm also having trouble getting the rear shade off. I can't feel or see any tab inside the upper slot that needs pushing. As best I can tell, I have to remove the shade before I can get the door cover off. Do I need to remove the door handle?I know about the LED light in the handle. After all the above is done, I'm trying to figure out how to get the door cover off the top of the door. Should I just push up on the door cover to get the clips to release across the top? Is it necessary to pry up the outside window trim? What tool do you use to release the clips?
This is my first window problem, 120K, so based on what I've read, I'm overdue. I did read most of the DIY articles.

Thanks,
