I'm going to remove one of the HL & remove the clear cover as soon as I have some free time. I did that with both HL on my 2k1 max, I was very cautious with the removal of the clear cover, I then proceed to polish them with a professional kit that I have in my garage, ( white & blue compound from Caswell Plating ) they are now crystal clear. I re-sealed the cover with a good quality clear silicon and call it a day.

When I am driving every day to work I noticed that allot of people in the oposite traffic is checking them out, probably because the LED Halos are so bright and unique. Halos, low beams, auto leveling - everything works and NO error messages (with OEM bulbs)

Tape on the garage door shows where the OEM light output line was...

Oh no!! Can you re-post these??? This is def somthing I want to do... would feel so much better seeing your pics first tho!

I got samething last year, the seller gave me a pair of 8000k bulbs and stealth turning sigle bulbs. I beleive it was 560 plus shipping. And installation was easy... took about a hour for first timer. But I did lots of researchs before I installed them.

you mean the plastic piece in the OEM headlights? the DEPO lights doesn't have it. X will looks way newer if you don't have it fluting on it. That's what I think.

I got it from the Ebay, make sure you find the lowest price. It is usually posted by same seller but different price. and it should come with stealth bulbs *2 and wiring harness. also a pair of 8000k xenon. that's what I got for $560

^ Thanks for the heads up on that! I will be sure to have that stuff included. Now, I need to search for a DIY install guide.

It was easy, I done it myself

All you need to worry about is people in front of you complain that your 240 LEDs are blinding them.
