Is this a good deal? Looking to buy 2004 4.4i

I have my sights on this car and I'm wondering if I can do better, price wise.

It's pretty loaded:

51K miles
Silver ext
Black Int
Navi
Premium
Sport Pk
Cold Weather Pk
23K

Any thoughts?
