Is this a good deal? Looking to buy 2004 4.4i

I have my sights on this car and I'm wondering if I can do better, price wise.

Any thoughts?

Too much buddy. you can pick up and '05 or '06 for the same price. i just bought a '04 X5 4.4i for the wife for 17K with 69k miles. it did not have navigation, but it does have sport and cold weather package and 4 wheel self leveling suspension

a year ago i picked up an 04 4.4 with 67k miles and warrantied thru bmw until oct 2010 for 20k. it doesnt have navigation, but has all the other goodies.

i think u can do a little better

It sounds like I can do better. I guess it comes down to what the Navi and 15k less miles is worth?

well does it come with any sort of warranty? if not, i would say beware

It's not CPO'd, so no warranty. By the way, are you guys in CA? Cars seem to go for more over here

youre right, i just went on cars.com and took a look at cars in your area. they are definitely more expensive.

if you like the car and its clean, just go for it

I think it's a pretty good deal.

Bought my 2004 4.4i for $21,500 with 44,000 miles. My X5 is Silver, black interior, Navi, Sport Package, Premium and Cold Weather Package. Also has adjustable ride height. I have no warranty though but I have a good Indy mechanic who takes care of things...
