There is 10 zillion reasons why all seasons would probably be even better to gloat about than gloating about your summer tire performance in this weather. I rarely do go on about things like this but this falls into the catagory of how I see cars FLY by a red light right after a snowstorm or the the hoardes of SUV's sidelined over the road on the LIE on winter days.

i'm not "gloating" about my summer tires performance. i'm just saying that it performs really well in the snow storm that we rarely get. even though it's rare, i will be getting snow tires/rims for next winter. thanks for the information though.

I could personally tell you that the Damaris are HHHHHHorrible in the snow. They will not help you stop. Yes, you'll be able to drive through the snow. But, the you'll have ZERO stopping power. Your x5 will slide like a big boat on ice. I refuse to take out my x5 again until I get my winter tires installed. Good luck. I am sure everyone here on the board are concern about the general public safety and yours.
