Thats seems right!Problem is that once the amps get below,say 45AH,it may not be enough to start the X5
Eventhough,as you correctly calculated,still should last 90+ days!

Besides, hr said in the first post that it also had died after sitting just under a week... Either the battery is dead and won't hold a charge, or there is a draw. It may take some electrical diagnosis time to track down the cause of the draw, at least the E53 doesn't have that many areas that cause draws so it is somewhat easier than other beemers.

Yeah,cause X''s starter sucks 1.7kW which are 141.66 CAmps,half charged battery should start X no problem though.
I am trying to locate some gremlins myself...PITA
