Even after this big upgrade, I still have some problems in the morning on the very first start, when the temperature is below 40. Engine starts and the idle stays at around 800 for 20 seconds. Then, when it drops to 550 and becomes uneven, rough and fluctuating. If I put the transmission to Reverse to get out of the driveway, the engine would stall or would have no power. If I stop and restart, things come back to normal.
Again, my dealer did a great job of digging SIBs and Engine code and they replaced/improved pretty much everything they have found but we are still chasing a ghost.
Any insight will be appreciated.

I believe killcrap mentioned that after so many interm. lever replacements they sometimes replace the heads. Something to bring up to the dealer. Good luck.
