Bluetooth connectivity with an LG neon phone .

I have 05 4.4 X5 and I am having problem with bluetooth connectivity with an LG neon phone . I have a blackberry which work flawlessly with my X5 . When I pair my LG to the Bluetooth module after keying the passcode it say “complete” but when I try to connect it say “fail”. I have a similar issue with my Nokia .Any help will be appreciated .

Seeing as how you have an e53 this list may
or may not apply. Owners - Bluetooth® Your BMW - BMW North America

Also my Palm 700P didn't work either but I believe a work around was found here.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately both of my phones are not in the list . I do get intermittent connectivity which mean some time my LG Neon pair automatically but most of the time it doesn’t pair. No change in the connection setting it just work. This is what boggles me .
