You sure the ground is properly hooked up?
I hooked up the ground to the same bolt from your previous install thread.

That grounding point is a good point. Could be a faulty relay.

Update: I removed the relay harness and installed the hid's again. Everything works as normal. No BOW light. No flickering that I can see during the day. I'll check again at night.

Any ideas on what the problem is when I use a relay harness? I definitely don't want to use the fogs without a failsafe. I replaced the relay with new ones twice. The ground is located at the factory NEG bolt used to jump start.

I'll order a resistor for the passenger side bulb socket. Hope this solves the relay clicking problem too.
