2005 4.4 x5 didnt start this morning

I have had startup misifire problems with my truck like many others. Dealer replaced intermediate levers a month ago but problem never went away. took it to the dealer again, they said intermediate lever settings were not correct...they readjusted the settings..kept the truck with them for 10 days...

finally got it back last week.. drove it once last week without problems. but couldnt start it up today at all... it acted as if the battery was dead but i see the "air bag " warning sign on dash.

late 2005 4.4 model with 55k miles.
