Yes, I have 125,7xx miles on it now. Looks great, has a few minor scratches and typical little dings but not bad for its age. The titanium silver really is a lower maintainance color and it also helps to have black interior as well.

Response re: tinting...

The front side windows are a light tint, the rear side/rear windows are factory tint as per rear climate package from 2001. However, I think I had my rear sunscreen up at all the rear passenger windows, rear side quarter windows, and rear hatch windows which probably made it look darker than it is.

2001 X5 3.0i! Both have their pros & cons!
