Sod's Law... Onlys rains when you've just washed the car.

looks like the back is more tinted but it looks to me like the front are tinted somewhat

How about washing/waxing the car in preparation for showing it to a prospective buyer and having it not only rain that night, but all day the next day

and THAT is what happened to me wednesday/thursday
