MAF Cleaning.
Would just the Carb cleaner work instead?

Try CRC MAF cleaner. You should be able to get it any auto part store and this product is specifically made for MAF's. I am sure others will work but get this just to be safe.

I am in Canada and so far I didn't see CRC on any shelf in any store,I know though that I can get it on Amazon.
