WHERE IN THE ENGINE WOULD I FIND THIS?

Hi Guys,

Any clever guys out there knwo where I'd find ITEM 11 on the attached picture? I have a loose hose in the engine bay and it needs to plug into ITEM 11. It has to do with suspension.
