That diagram is same as Cole´s 2006!
Please check my X5-2003 photo below which is the same as yours!
Your relays are in the wrong position.
Also check your fuse 73 ,as it doesnt look right!Its seems burnt!Its a 10 amp...but should be 7.5amp..Everything looks fine,but check all fuses ...
