Do E70 20" wheels fit E53?

I have an 04 3.0 which just underwent a major rear suspension job to fix the camber issue we all have or will have to fix. But now its time for a wheel alignment, therefore I need new tires since both my 20"s and 17"s are wasted down to the wires on the inner rears.

I already ordered a pair of Dunlop Sport Maxx 315/35/20, so I will have my alignment done with those. However, I found someone selling a brand new set of 20" replicas for the E70 with brand new vredestein's. Sweet! I'm thinking of buying those and selling my 4.6is 20's to try and recoup part of what I pay for those. He's asking $2300, I can probably get them for $2000. pics are attached....

My question(s) is/are:

1. Do they fit the E53?
2. Will they (replicas) ride smooth?
3. Will they (replicas) last/handle NYC streets?
4. What are they worth? What is the going price? Is $2000 ok or too much?
5. How much can I get for my 4.6is 20"s?
6. Should I put the 4.6is spoiler kit or just the skid plate in the front?
