So here is a list of parts that I can gather that I need:
11281748131 - Tensioner pulley
11287512758 - AC tensioner assembly
11287841228 - Deflection pulley
6PK1538 - Serpentine belt
4PK0865 - AC belt

Does that sound like all the parts that I will need? Do I need to replace the hydraulic tensioner (11287838797) as well?

Thanks

Did you see that separate diagram? So, it looks like you can't tell
from there which one it has, unless putting VIN in somehow narrows
it down. I guess you'd have to actually look at it to know or just order
the hydraulic one.

Assuming it's actually hydraulic, you don't need the whole tensioner,
11287838797, just the pulley. If you do get the whole tensioner,
then you don't need the pulley, it comes with it. The weird part is
that if you look at the prices, buying just the tensioner part costs a lot
more than buying the whole tensioner with the pulley.
Just took a peek and it's hard to see with the fan in place. But I noticed the mounting bolt cap protruding (pic attached) which looks like its part 19 on realOEM. (RealOEM.com - Online BMW Parts Catalog). The mechanical tensioner does not seem to have something like this. Does that look right?

Oh well I'll just order the hydraulic pulley for now. Thanks for all the help.
