Arrow Tint Windows???

I'm really new to the Xoutpost community.

So as a newbie to this. I have a question would anyone suggest tinting their windows on a 2005 white X5 3.0l with beige interior? And what percentage of tint should it be done?

I just put on the 20" 7 spoke alloy rims (BMW Manufactured) , and I'm trying to go a new look.

Anyone recommend any new upgrades in which I could improve on?

I appreciate any suggestions?

Well first check what the legal tints are allowed around your area, and imo i guess 20% is pretty good or 35% i dun really suggest 5% cause its really dark and visibility may become a issue.

Thanks for tip?

Also, would you expect that most X5 owners would tint their windows?

i like my factory tints, not to flashy, gradual/smooth looking, If it was black i would tint them darker. Next thing, 4.6 body kit

What percent are they from factory? is it a good idea to re-tint over existing?

factory tints are very close to being 20% i think, im not 100% sure but its around there. You cant re-tint over top of them. What they do is they peal off your old tints and put the new ones in from inside. Its a cool thing to watch when they are putting them on

The factory tint in my 2003 4.4i is medium tint, not sure what % that equates to, but I took it to a tint specialist and he matched it up and told me it was medium tint ( I had the two front door windows done to match the factory tint. Cost was 70 bucks total. I prefer the uniform look so just ask them to match if that's what you want.

I have a black X with beige interior:

Tint: 20% Front, 35% Rear (over stock privacy glass) Solar Guard Brand.

Now both front and rear match perfectly. Visibility out the side and rear windows are poor at night.

It looks great. Tint makes a huge positive difference to the appearance of the vehicle!

the most reasonable is a high quality tint with uv protection. i would do the fronts 35%, you'll get the protection, it will look good, and you'll be able to see through windows at night while turning down dark streets. that would suck to put on 20% and have the cops tell u to take it off.
