do your tension bushings and report back to us. Remember to pre load the X before tightening the bolts to spec

tension bushing is 7 and the lower control arm bushing is 11. both of those arms have balljoints so check them for wear.

Oh one last question. Do these bushing need to be pressed in? if so is a special tool needed?

This happened to me in my e36 a few years back. Mine was more pronounced than yours as the shaking came out of nowhere all of a sudden while I was driving along one day. Also, my wheel was hot to the touch, which was a clear indication. I guess there are different degrees to which a caliper can start sticking. Glad you got it cleared up.
