I think the fitment is really nice, very similar to OEM unit. As far as interface and functions, i have mixed feelings...
It takes a bit getting used to navigating around, but is easy enough once you figure everything out. For the most part, the interface looks really nice, with the exception of the iPod interface and USB, looks a little generic and "Windows mobile" and lacks the aesthetics of an iPod or iPhone OS.
I also like the Navigation as well, looks good and works well. The voice speaks on the front speakers while music continues to play in the rear.

As far as issues... i have a couple of big issues as the moment, and not sure if they are install related or not.
1) I can't get the iPod controls to work at all. It shows my iPod but won't let me navigate to the music. I've tried an older iPod video, a Nano, and my iphone. I'm wondering if the BMW "Aux" from my previous OEM radio which is still wired into the main harness has anything to do with it?

2) I cannot get the bluetooth to connect at all. My iPhone (4) won't find the radio and vice versa. Is it not compatible with the latest iPhone?!

3) I've plugged in a USB flash drive and that seems to work ok. Although sometimes it freezes up trying to navigate. I suspect this could be a flash drive brand issue perhaps.

4) The radio is LOUD, i mean really loud. Unfortunately, this is just the "fm radio". Volume on #3 is normal, 4 and 5 it starts getting loud. Above that, is rockin. This is a minor annoyance because if you are going from the USB or CD, etc back to Radio, its twice the volume of the other modes. There's no volume scale, you go from soft to LOUD in 2 clicks.

I'm really annoyed at the bluetooth and the ipod not working right now, 2 of the functions i want the most. I'm going to uninstall the OEM "Aux" jack and see if that fixes the ipod issue. But i don't see what is going to help the bluetooth. I'll update if things change. I'll also post a few pics as well.
It looks very nice, but where did you purchase it? As the Dynavin site does not allow you to buy.

Like i said previously in this thread, i jumped on at just the right time when Bimmian.com had them in stock. It was their first shipment and they sold out really fast. I would call Steve at Bimmian and ask him when they expect to get more.
