Once again, I can see the connections on the back of the CD player in the YouTube video...what I don't know is where and what to connect to inside the amp/cd changer area.

Looking at the back of the business cd player, the pinouts run from top left to bottom right like so:

1 5 9 13
2 6 10 14
3 7 11 15
4 8 12 16

I'm assuming you meant 9, 16, 15 and 12 based on your description.
