It is 9, 16, the one above 16 & the one left of 16.

How the CD player sits under the floor.

Floor still sits flush.

MID in glove.

Once again, I can see the connections on the back of the CD player in the YouTube video...what I don't know is where and what to connect to inside the amp/cd changer area.

I do not have the changer. If you want to keep it you'll need to find other connections. I don't remember which it was but it was readily available via searching.

Considering your lack of appreciation & attitude I owe you answers you can work it out without me.

I don't care to keep the CD changer, nor have I seen anything saying how I can keep it...it's not readily available and I'm sure it's not even remotely compatible with my Erisin stereo that I'm installing. I mentioned the amp/CD changer area for nothing more than a reference to the area in which I need to know where to hook things up.

Lack of appreciation? I asked for the connections in the amp/changer compartment, not the ones behind the deck that have already been pointed out in the prior video...he didn't show where they went either, otherwise I wouldn't be asking. I don't have an attitude, I just don't have an answer either. Thank you for pointing out the back of the deck, but once again, where do the connection go into the compartment area itself is the question.

There is another pin that needs power or it turns off after 15 minutes.
Which pin(s) would that be? He showed 4 from the deck, you showed 4 from the deck...and then where? This isn't attitude, this is me still not knowing where to go from here and I've got 3 weeks until Bimmerfest while still having a bad ABS/DCS module and a random idle drop at startup to deal with

I gave what I have. I see Your initial response as demanding. Certainly there was no appreciation. Seems to me your apologetic PM belonged here, what do I know?

Feel free to copy and paste my apologetic PM here because my profile is set up to where it doesn't save sent messages.

I'm not seeing a picture where the 4 wires from the back of the CD player that connect into the trunk area to specific harness. I see a pic of connections to the back f the CD player, the CD player tucked into a rats nest of wires, your amp installation, your subwoofer (good job, I fiberglassed my stock enclosure), your MID relocation (i did the same last time and will have to do it again) and that's it. I'm still not seeing the other half ofnthe connections, so maybe you can point it out again to myself and others in the future who'll use this thread to do the same.

I'm not sure what else you want me to say to you here. It seems like you're trying to get your pound of flesh from me when you missed what I was asking for in the first place. Both you and the guy in the video showed the same thing, the connections on the back of the radio, while completely glazing over what connections need to be made within the amp/compartment area itself. Will you please help me out?

As I said, I don't remember which specific Changer wires. It is power, the ibus wire, ground & the second power to keep it on beyond 15 minutes. If you look at the wires going into the changer it should be apparent which is which.

I'm not into "pounds of flesh".

So I'll remove the CD changer (which is fine since I won't be using it anymore anyways) and I'll be making the 4 connections from the deck into the CD changer harness, which all should somehow be obvious. Got it.

I hate this site sometimes, why cant it compress images on its own!!! So annoying when trying to get help!!

So I removed the halfass installed CD changer which was secured via zipties. It has a small harness with three pins connected to it, then a single coax cable that runs to the amp. There's also a single coax by itself that runs into the floor but connects to nothing.

Someone before me did this funny single wire to 4 wire connection that runs to nothing. Upon closer inspection of the single-to-four wire connection here, the wire simply feel out onto my hand, so someone has been back here before doing something.

I've got three harnesses running to the amp, a single coax running off the amp that connects to the CD player.

I've got two harnesses (and the above mentioned coax) that arent connected to anything, but I assume they're if I had navi, which I don't.

None of this is obvious as claimed...
