HID fogs issue

My fogs HIDs Used to work fine. But recently when i first start up the car, they will flicker 3 times and then work fine. No error codes. Or sometime might only 1 of the fogs turn on ,but then if you restart car both will work. Any ideas?

Bad bulbs on the way heading south.....Soon or later one of those bulbs will be completely dead..You need new bulbs

Maybe i should add capacitors? Or u think i should buy bulbs instead? Could that be a wiring issue or bad ballasts?

Could be the computer sending a signal to see if everything is working ok. I upgraded my angel eye LED buld from DDM (big mistake) and they flicker about 10 times then stay on steady and they said it could be that.

I know that computer might be checking if bulb is there or not,but he hasn't done it before for a half a year ;-)

i think capacitor could help. Bulbs shouldn't go bad in less than a year.

i tied them up in the space where 2 metal parts together, kind of secure. But there is no way to add something else. Maybe only with the screw, any ideas how to make holes in metal ,as i don't have enoguht space to put dril linside,as i installed fogs by removign wheel arch, rather than bamper. Any ideas? Only way out right now is to remove bumper?
