Gotcha. Same feelings about wanting to continue to use my iPod in the normal iPod fashion. With the GROM iPod kit can you not do that (except for the first 5 playlists accessed on the dash)? I'm also considering getting the GROM Aux kit since it uses the headphone jack and I would expect to be able to use the iPod normally
