Need Help Remove Rear Rotor

I'm assuming that you have the caliper off already.
What could be holding the rotor is the park brake lining/shoes if it is worn and has cut a groove into the rotor. Try turning the adjuster to slacken the linings/shoes.

Make sure parking brake is not engaged and bang the hell out of it. I had to wrap a towel around mine and hit it with larger, steel hammer multiple times.

Yeah, make sure the emergency brake is off.
When I removed my rear rotors, I tugged and pounded on them to no success. I finally sprayed some penetrant and let it sit for 20 minutes. Just one more hit by rubber mallet got the rotors off. |

That happened to me once and I tried to get it off with a rubber mallet and nothing happened. I took one swing with a 5 pound slegde hammer and it popped right off. Turns out it was just rusted on.
