Hi Wallyx5,
Replace blower and put back everything are fine but when I turn the heater/ac to high or defrost, it make loud noise, like vibrate noise from the blower motor fan. The part is #64118385558, bmw dealer give me the part #. Please let me know what to do next. If I turn to about 4-5 knot, it fine. P.S. take me and friend of mine approximately 4 hours to remove and put it back. Thanks, Henry |

Oh man that's horrible. As long as you put everything back and bolted down the blower motor I have no suggestions. Since you said you get a vibration or noise at higher speed I would think there is something wrong with the blower motor itself. Mine did not make any noises after I replaces it.
