fuel pump problem
My car stopped running yesterday so i had to have it towed. when the mech checked it out he told my that my fuel pump died, which caused it to burn out my alternator and battery at the same time. Is that even possible? Someone plz help feel like im getting ripped off.

It sure seems like you're getting ripped off. While each of those failures would cause your car to not start, I think it's unlikely that they would all occur simultaneously.
Get the alternator and battery tested. The fuel pump is not likely to fail before the fuel filter. You can change the fuel filter if your not getting fuel delivery. |

Thats true.I never thought of that i wish i had somewhere else to take it to fix it myself. For now ist stuck at this shop and i need it back I hate taking my car to a mechanic especially in N.Y. Does anyone know a trust worthy mechanic in the concrete jungle?
