E60 M5 wheels on E53 X5?
I know a person getting rid of his E60 M5 wheels, and I'm not sure if I've ever seen them mounted on an X5 before. I'm needing new tires soon, so I was thinking about experimenting with this setup.
Now I know I'll have an offset disparity as the E60 wheels are: Front ET:12 Rear ET:28 But I'm curious if I will have any other serious issues? Spacers can be run I'm assuming for the offset difference, and it appears the bolt pattern and hub are the same for the sources I have seen. I can pick them up for a good price and I think they might look pretty good on the X5. This is the same style as the ones I'm looking at:
