GREAT Dealer and BMWNA experience!
My wife has a 06 4.4 which she bought new. We took it to the dealer for a transmission issue, air bag light, LED out on instrument cluster, and driver door not opening.
They fixed the trans for 1 hour labor (see my reply on another thread... 1500rpm surge Estimate to fix door handle $440 Estimate for air bag light free because of some safety thing Estimate for new instrument cluster grid, $400 The service advisor told me to try calling BMWNA Customer Service and ask for some good faith help with repairs. We ended up paying $240 total for all repairs. BMWNA just looked at the fact we have bought 4 new BMW in 10 years and helped us out. |

In Canada we will never see such treatments. I dont think BMWNA even applies to us oddly enough.

Absolutely we get similar treatment in Canada. Depends which dealer you deal with.
It won't help calling BMWNA, because their name is a misnomer and they only cover the US (perhaps they think that is all there is in North America). We are covered by BMWCA (BMW Canada)
